Taking a look a two teas today. An Oolong and a Bai Mu Dan. A necessary and fun part of my job. Hard to see the rich color in pictures. Bai Mu Dan, a white tea, has a grassiness to it, like Hay and an earthy clay quality. The Oolong - Wuyi Rock, is smokey and mild. -Brandon
